🚀 WHAT

• Event: Space Race offers Huntsville-based businesses a unique, fun and healthy corporate outing through a 5k race/run and happy hour.
• Participants: Whether your office is filled with dedicated runners or those who prefer a leisurely stroll, your entire team is bound to have a blast.

📍 WHERE

• Location: Space Race starts and ends at the BizHubble Presented by Mazda Toyota in Big Spring International Park.
• BizHubble: The BizHubble is an entertainment hub designed to allow participating companies to congregate and connect with their coworkers and peers away from the office and out from behind a screen.

📝 REGISTRATION

• Requirements: No walk-up or paper registrations will be accepted.  ALL participants must register online.
• Policy: Entries are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another year.
• Management Rights: Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to extreme conditions such as weather.
• Fees: Registration fees are not refundable in the event of the race cancellation due to "Acts of God" or things outside of the control of the Race Director.

☔ WEATHER POLICY

• Event Status: Space Race will happen rain or shine.
• Safety Call: In the event of severe weather, the Executive Race Committee will make the call on the race.
• Updates: Communication and updates will be made via email and social media regarding severe weather.
• Entry Fees: Entry fees are non-refundable, even in the case of event cancellation.
