🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us in supporting local pediatric patients receiving care through the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic in Shreveport. This clinic, a partnership between St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Ochsner LSU Health–Feist Weiler Cancer Center, brings world‑class treatment to children and adolescents in Louisiana who are fighting cancer and blood disorders.

💰 Proceeds Purpose

Proceeds from the event will help provide important non‑medical support to families, such as:

• Birthday celebrations: during treatment
• No Mo Chemo Parties: organizing events to uplift spirits
• Comfort items: for the clinic
• Gas cards and hotel expenses: assisting with transportation and stay costs

⏰ Event Schedule

• Fun Run: Starts at 4:30pm
• 5K: Starts at 5:00pm
• Awards: Begin at 6:00pm
• Worship Concert: Begins right after awards by 6:30pm

🎯 Funding Impact

The first $8,000 raised will directly support these ancillary needs at our local clinic. Any additional funds will benefit St. Jude Miracles on the Red, Shreveport’s annual fundraising event that honors local patient families and raises vital support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

🌙 Sleep-In Supporters

Sign up then, come pick up a shirt during the two days of packet pick up at Run Wild then Sleep-in the day of the race! What a great way to support us, get a shirt to show it and then not run!
