This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.

If you elect to participate in the Challenge, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:

- Air Squats
- Pushups
- Burpees
