🐕 Dog Participation Guidelines

• Leash Requirement: Dogs must be on a leash (6 ft. max) at all times.
• Health Status: All dogs must have a current rabies inoculation.
• Age Restrictions: Puppies six months of age or younger, or female dogs in any stage of heat, will not be allowed to participate.
• Behavior: A dog whose behavior is unruly or might prove hazardous to other participants, dogs or spectators will be asked to leave the race.

🎽 Participant Benefits

• T-Shirt: All registered participants receive a long-sleeve cotton t-shirt: design will be posted as the race nears.
• Medal: All dogs that complete the walk or run receive a medal.

🤝 Community Impact

Part of the proceeds from the race will benefit Michigan City Police Department (MCPD) new search and rescue K9 Freya.

The purpose of Crazy Legs Race Series (CLRS) is to promote non-pavement/pavement races in the Northwest Indiana region through the development and management of new and existing races. At all our events you will experience fun and challenging course design in a low-key atmosphere. Races will be held in parks or areas in the Lake, Porter and Laporte counties.
