Finish the Fight

• Purpose: Help The Reed GI Cancer Research Foundation Junior Board raise money and awareness for some of the deadliest cancers such as Stomach, Pancreatic, Liver, Esophageal, Colorectal, Bile Duct, Appendix and Gallbladder.

Course Details

• Distance: The 5.46 mile course.
• Starting Point: Begins at Otey’s in Homewood (924 Oxmoor Road, 35209).
• Finish Line: Concludes at Otey’s in Crestline Village (224 Country Club Park, 35213).
• Neighborhoods: Course winds through Homewood and Mountain Brook neighborhoods.

Afterparty

• Location: Green space near Otey’s Crestline.
• Activities: Awards, refreshments, and more.

Registration

• Opens: Registration is open now!
• Participation: Register as an individual runner, join a team in the live chip-timed run, or enter a 2-person relay.
• Sleep In Option: Register for the sleep in option and still receive a t-shirt.
• Cost: All registration is $40.00.

Packet Pick Up

• Date: Friday, August 7th.
• Location: The Trak Shak in Homewood (2839 18th Street South).
• Time: 11:00am - 5:00pm.

Awards

• Categories: Top Overall Male and Female, and the top male and female in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
