About Smile-A-Mile
- History: Smile-A-Mile started 41 years ago with just a single summer camp session for children in Alabama with cancer.
- Program Expansion: Over the years, we have expanded to provide year-round programming.
- Target Audience: We serve children and their families from diagnosis and through the years beyond treatment.
- Support Needed: Help us continue supporting these families across Alabama!
