Join us for one of Dublin's most beloved traditions, the Annual Shamrock 5k Fun Run & Walk! Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or pushing a stroller with the family, this event is designed for all ages and abilities. Come join the fun, you'll feel right at home!
Pre-Race
- T-shirt: Commemorative event t-shirt for participants registered before February 15, 2026.
- Pick-Up Days: Designated Pre-Race Bib & T-shirt Pick-Up Days at City Facilities.
- Title Sponsor Event: Designated Title Sponsor Pick-Up Day (Exclusive Store Discounts).
- Day Of Purchase: All race bibs/t-shirts must be picked up prior to race day unless the "DAY OF" add-on is purchased for $25. Availability is limited to 200 spots for this add-on.
Packet Pick-up
This year, packet pick up will take place at the locations listed below, ONLY during the following days and times. (No bibs or shirts will be mailed):
- Monday, March 9, 2026, 4:30pm - 8:30pm, at the Stager Community Gym (6901 York Dr, Dublin, CA 94568).
- Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 4:30pm - 8:30pm, at the Stager Community Gym (6901 York Dr, Dublin, CA 94568).
- Saturday, March 14, 2026, 9:00am - 2:00pm, at Sports Basement San Ramon (1041 Market Pl, San Ramon, CA 94583).
If you are picking up bibs for others, please be ready to provide us with the first and last name of the person(s) you will be picking up bibs for, as well as a copy or screenshot of their confirmation email(s). All race bibs/t-shirts must be picked up prior to race day unless the "DAY OF" add-on is purchased for $25. Availability is limited to 200 spots for this add-on.
Race Day
- Start Time: Race Start Time 8:30am (Dublin Blvd. across from Dublin City Hall).
- Course: 3.1 mile (5K) scenic course.
- Participants: 2,000+ participants.
- Categories: Competitive/Non-competitive categories with Starting Line Pace Markers and Mile Marker hydration stations.

Post Race
- Celebration: Post-race celebration with refreshments, entertainment, and race sponsors.
- Prize Drawing: Prize drawing for all participants including prizes from local vendors (Dance Stage behind the library).
- Results: On-Site Post Race Results and Medal Distribution for Winners.
Important Information
- Weather Policy: This event is not weather permitted and will continue with rain or shine.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Shirt Guarantee: Participants registered by 2/15/26, are guaranteed to receive their shirt, including those who choose the day of pick up option.
- Registration Deadline: Last chance to register for the race is Friday, March 13 at 11:59pm.
