• Official Scoring/Timing: Pelican Timing
• Meet Rules Officials: For Division-2 Michael Boyer
• Jury of Appeals: For Division-2: Jed Hebert Principal, TCHS, Kim Broussard, Athletic Director STM
• Race Starting Times: Division-2 Girls 10:30, Division-2 Boys 11:10 am, JV Girls and Boys combined both divisions at 11:50 pm (non-scored)

Packet Pickup and Registration

• Packet Pickup: 9:00 am-10:00 am
• Meet Registration: All schools must register their athletes in advance online via Milesplit. Division II - Milesplit
• Meet Entry Deadline: Registration will close at 12:00 pm, Monday, November 4th, 2024
• Entry Requirements: Only LHSAA registered eligible athletes are allowed to compete in this Meet.

Race Entries and Late Entries

• Race Entries: Entries submitted for the Regional Meet are final and cannot be changed.
• Late Entries: A school with a delinquent entry may enter contestants two hours prior to the race with a fine.
• Race Day Declaration: Declared athletes must be submitted one hour prior to the race.
• Race Packets: Available for pickup at 8:30 am at the finish line tent.

Timing and Scoring

• Timing & Scoring: Provided by Pelican Timing with integral timing chips.
• Meet Results: Final results will be uploaded to La.MileSplit.com immediately following the meet.
• Meet Awards: Plaques for first and second place teams: t-shirts for top-25 finishers.
• Qualifiers for the State Meet: Top-8 teams and top-25 individuals will advance to the State Meet.

• Instructions: Refer to the 2024 LHSAA Cross Country State Meet Bulletin for detailed instructions.
• Parking: Limited parking available, paved parking on southern side for buses and coaches only.
• Final Meet Instructions: Only coaches can pick up race packets: ensure correct entries.
• Rules Compliance: Refer to the 2024 LHSAA Cross Country State Meet Bulletin for rules and bylaws.

• Note: No parking permitted entering the campground—towing will occur.
