Join us on Saturday, May 30th, for Healing Hearts: Walk/Run/MOVE! for Suicide Prevention, a powerful day of movement, community, and collective care benefiting Crisis Support Services of Alameda County. Whether you walk, run, roll, or dance, every action you take supports life-saving suicide prevention services in our community.

- 8:30 AM: Registration & Check-in Opens
- 9:00 AM: Opening Ceremony with Baba Ruben Drum Performance
- 9:30 AM: 5K around Lake Merritt starts in 2 waves - Racers and Walkers
- 9:35 AM: Tai Chi and Qi Gong with Master Sheldon
- 10:05 AM: Trauma Informed Yoga with Marsha Rosenblatt
- 10:40 AM: Dance Party and Closing
