• 8:30 AM: Registration & Check-in Opens
• 9:00 AM: Opening Ceremony with Baba Ruben Drum Performance
• 9:30 AM: 5K around Lake Merritt starts in 2 waves - Racers and Walkers
• 9:35 AM: Tai Chi and Qi Gong with Master Sheldon
• 10:05 AM: Trauma Informed Yoga with Marsha Rosenblatt
• 10:40 AM: Dance Party and Closing
