• New Format: After 10 years of the Crisis Center's Just a Call Away 5K, we're doing something new!
• Organizers: Join us and the Birmingham Track Club
• Activities: Enjoy a run, post-run social, and a bonus Watermelon Eating Contest!
• Food & Drinks: There will be drinks and a food truck available.

🏅 Race Details

• Distances: This year's race has distances for everyone.
• Start Times: 1-3 mile run begins at 7 AM.
• 5-8 mile course: Starts at 6:30 AM.
• Long Run: 10-14 miles for the extra ambitious, starting at 6 AM.

💪 Recovery Tent

• Post-Run Check: Check out The Total Joint’s recovery tent.
• Services: They offer physical therapy from their locations in Crestwood and Homewood.
• Customization: A variety of customizable services to meet your individual needs.
• Goal-Oriented: Help you reach your goals in recovery and wellness.
