🎉 Race Details

• Fun & Active: Finish up your school year with a challenging and fun mile and get your Summer off to an active healthy start!
• Participant Perks: All runners will receive a T-shirt, Backpack, and a chipped timed accurate mile.
• Finisher Medals: Once the runner crosses the finish line they will receive a Mighty Mile Finisher Medal.
• Cost: FREE! There is no entry fee to run the Mighty Mile.

📝 Registration Information

• Online Registration: To participate in the event you must register your child online prior to the race.
• Registration Deadline: There will be no registration available at the race.
• Participant Limit: Race is limited to the first 200 participants. Register for the race early!
• Location: The race is located at the Parkside Middle School Track.

⏰ Race Schedule

• Race 1: 6:30pm | 5 - 7 year olds
• Race 2: 6:50pm | 8 – 9 year olds
• Race 3: 7:10pm | 10 - 11 year olds
• Race 4: 7:25pm | 12 - 14 year olds

📊 Results & Timing

• Timing Method: This race will be electronically timed using a disposable chip on the bib number.
• Results Availability: Results will be available immediately after the race and will be posted on the website.
• Awards: There are no awards: all runners will receive a Mighty Mile medal when they cross the finish line.
• Purpose: The program encourages runners to challenge themselves and promote a healthy lifestyle.

🏅 Course Information

• Track Layout: The start and finish is on the Parkside Middle School Track, with some loops on school grounds.
• Encouragement: Grow Jackson Organization members will be along the entire course to offer support.
• Participation: Feel free to run with your child!
• Course Structure: The race is not 4 loops of the track but involves a combination of track and school grounds.

💦 Important Reminders

• Entry Fee: The race is FREE but requires online registration.
• Packet Pick Up: Race day at the Parkside Middle School Track starting at 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm.
• Water Advice: Bring water for your child as there is no water available at the race.
