🇺🇸 NM Red White and Blue Run

Register today for the Red, White, and Blue Run, scheduled for Friday, July 4, 2025. We offer a variety of events, including a 10K, a 4-mile Run or Walk, and a Kids K, perfect for kick-starting your Independence Day celebrations. Participants will receive great t-shirts, and there will be awards for different age groups as well as overall winners. Everyone will also get a participant medal and have a lot of fun!

Proceeds from this event will benefit RunFit's afterschool youth running programs and the "Fifteen and Fit" fitness initiatives in schools, all of which aim to promote long-term health and keep children active.

🏃‍♂️ Virtual Run/Walk Information

• Swag Mailing: Your race swag will be mailed out beginning June 28, 2025.
• Registration: Please enter your mailing address when registering for the event and add the additional charge for shipping.
• Submission: Email your race completion time to stephenpino@hotmail.com by July 5, 2025.
• Selfie: Post a selfie on RunFit Facebook.

🏁 Start Line Information

The Start for all events: 10K and 4-Miler are located next to the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center and Loma Colorado Park. The Kids K Start and Finish is located at the Loma Colorado Park. Race Day Registration and Timing Chip Pickup will be located at the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center.

All races will start promptly at the designated times listed above.

🚨 Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously during the Event. Violations may result in disqualification.

• Alcohol: Consumption is prohibited.
• Health: Participants must adhere to health guidelines.
• Obstruction: Participant obstruction anywhere on or near the course is prohibited.
• Conduct: Follow instructions from all Event officials.

👮‍♂️ Course Monitoring

Participants must follow the directions of Event officials and may be disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct or leaving the course.

⚠️ Participant Safety

The use of wheeled devices is limited to authorized wheelchair participants and course marshals. Medical personnel may examine any participant who appears in distress.

⏱️ Result Timing

• Timing Device: Assigned before the Event.
• Accuracy: Must wear the timing device from start to finish.
• Disqualification: Found wearing multiple devices will be disqualified.
• Appeals: Can appeal unofficial finish times.

Please use designated parking areas only. Available parking at Rio Rancho Aquatic Center, Rio Rancho Library, and Rio Rancho High School Performing Arts Center.

• iPod/Headphones: Yes, allowed.
• GPS Devices: Yes, allowed but not official timing.
• Wheeled Devices: Strollers and skateboards are not permitted.
• Packet Pick-up: A friend can pick it up for you if you cannot attend.

Weather forecasts will be monitored prior to the event, and updates will be provided as needed.

🏥 Medical Support

Medical staff will be available at all times, and participants are encouraged to seek help if needed.

🏆 Finish Information

The overall and division award winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on race day.

🍽️ Post-Race Refreshments

Post-race refreshments will be held at the park.
