• 4-Miler Start: 8:05 a.m.
• KIDS K Start: 9:15 a.m.

STARTING POINT

• Location: The Start for all events is next to the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center and Loma Colorado Park.
• Kids K: The Kids K Start and Finish is located at the Loma Colorado Park.
• Timing Chip Requirement: All participants in the 10K and 4-Miler must wear a timing chip/bib for results and awards eligibility.
• Arrival: Please allow plenty of time to get to the Start Line.

EVENT CONDUCT

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously towards the community and their fellow participants during the Event. The following rules apply:

• Prohibited Conduct: Alcohol consumption, public urination, and obstruction of the course.
• Instructions: Follow directions from Event officials and adhere to public health guidelines.
• Sick Participants: Those exhibiting symptoms of illness should not attend the Event.

COURSE MONITORING

• Obey Officials: Ignoring directions from Event officials may result in disqualification.
• Course Integrity: No shortcuts or course cutting permitted.
• Assistance: Receiving assistance from another person may lead to disqualification.

PARKING

Please use designated parking areas only. Available parking at:

• Rio Rancho Aquatic Center
• Loma Colorado Park
• Rio Rancho Library
• Rio Rancho High School Performing Arts Center

PARTICIPANT SAFETY

• Wheeled Devices: Only authorized wheelchair participants and course marshals allowed: no strollers or bicycles.
• Medical Issues: Medical personnel may remove participants deemed unfit.
• Liability: Participants assume liability for any medical expenses incurred during the Event.

RESULT TIMING

• Timing Device: All participants must wear their assigned timing device from start to finish.
• Disqualification: Wearing multiple timing devices or failure to use the assigned device may lead to disqualification.
• Official Results: Finish times are reviewed and appeals can be submitted within three days.
