🎉 RED, WHITE AND BLUE RUN

Register today for the Red, White, and Blue Run, scheduled for Friday, July 4, 2025. We offer a variety of events, including a 10K, a 4-mile Run or Walk, and a Kids K, perfect for kick-starting your Independence Day celebrations. Participants will receive great t-shirts, and there will be awards for different age groups as well as overall winners. Everyone will also get a participant medal and have a lot of fun!

Event Schedule: July 4, 2025, 10K: 8:00 a.m., 4-MILER: 8:05 a.m., KIDS K: 9:15 a.m.
Packet Pick-Up: July 3, 2025, Time: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, New Balance Store, 3731 Ellison Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114
Virtual Run/Walk: Your race swag will be mailed out beginning June 28, 2025. For additional event information, please go to our RunFit website: www.irunfit.org.

🏃 RACE PARTICIPATION

Follow these 3 easy steps to run/walk your 10K or 4-MILE! Note: Kids K and 1-MILE are non-timed events.

Step 1: Walk or run ANYTIME between July 2-4, 2025, and record your race time using Strava, Garmin, MapMyRun, MapPedometer.com, or a simple stopwatch.
Step 2: Email your race completion time to stephenpino@hotmail.com. Include first and last name, run date, event (4-MILE), city and state, and race completion time in the body of the email. Note: Subject line: Red White and Blue Virtual Run Result Information.
Step 3: Submit a selfie on the RunFit Facebook: Post on https://www.facebook.com/Runfitabq/.

🚦 RACE DAY INFORMATION

Start Location: The Start for all events: 10K and 4-Miler are located next to the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center and Loma Colorado Park.
Event Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously towards the community and fellow participants.
Course Monitoring: Any participant who refuses to obey the directions of Event officials may be disqualified.
Participant Safety: The use of wheeled devices is strictly limited. Unauthorized bicycles, strollers, and other devices are not permitted.

🏆 Awards and Results

10K & 4-MILER: Overall prizes awarded to the top three men and women determined by gun time. Age group prizes given to the top three finishers in specific categories.
Kids K: All registered participants (11 and under) will receive a special recognition award at the finish.
Results: Results from the 10K and 4-Miler events will be posted on the RunFit website: www.irunfit.org.
Post-Race: Post-race refreshments will be held at the park.

❓ FAQ

Headphones: Yes, participants may use headphones or similar devices.
GPS Devices: GPS devices are allowed but will not count as official times.
Strollers: Baby joggers are allowed, but must be seeded behind all other runners.
Refunds: All entry fees are non-refundable.
