Healthy Kids Day Family 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the Healthy Kids Day Family 5K on April 26, 2025! This professionally timed race is dedicated to promoting healthy living and raising funds to support local children in summer childcare and programs. All entry fees will contribute to our Annual Campaign.

🤝 Community Commitment

The Portage Township YMCA is committed to putting Christian principles into practice through programs that nurture a healthy spirit, mind, and body for everyone. Our campaign provides financial assistance to individuals and families in our community, ensuring access to essential programs and services such as food, shelter, chronic disease management, education, and physical activity.

💰 Registration Fees

• Early Registration: before April 24 - $30
• On Site / Race Day Registration: $35

🏋️ Training Group

• Availability: Training Group available at check out.
• Schedule: Group will meet for 8 weeks on Saturdays, 8:00-9:00 am at the YMCA.
• Start Date: First Training Day March 1, 2025.

👕 Shirts

• Inclusion: Event shirt is included in 5K race fee only.
• Guarantee: Shirts are guaranteed for registrants thru 04/01/2025.
• Purchase: Additional shirts will be available for purchase until 04/01/2025.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: April 25th from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Day-of Pickup: April 26th at 1:30 pm

⏰ Race Day Timeline

1:30 PM - Packet Pickup, On-Site Registration
2:20 PM - 5K Runners will LINE UP
2:30 PM – 5K Runners Begin Race | Walkers and Strollers will immediately follow

3:30 PM – Race Awards &: Healthy Kids Day Event
