Triangle Run Smart Fall 2025 Kids Race

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

Our Fall 2025 Kids Race is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Event Details

• Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025
• Time: 2-4pm
• Location: Mills Park Middle School track & field, 441 Mills Park Drive, Cary, NC 27519
• Age Group: Open to ages 6-15

🎉 Activities

Come join us for our Kids Track Race! We will have lots of mini races of varying distances on the track during the event, plus fun running games on the inner field for those waiting their turn to race. Races to include: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1-mile races (broken into age groups).

• Participants: Medals for all participants and ribbons for the top 3 winners of each individual race heat.
• Hydration: Water, Gatorade, and popsicles will be provided to the kids during/after the event.
• Cost: The race is $30 with no refund or credit policy if dropped after registering.
• Inclusions: Participation in mini race events, race bib, running games, hydration, popsicles, and medals.

👟 Race Participation

The race is capped at 60 participants. TRS Coaches will coordinate/coach this event. After signing your child in, we ask that parents go to the stands during the event.

⏰ Schedule of Events

• 1:45-2:00pm - sign-in and get bibs
• 2-2:15pm - group warmups
• 2:20pm - 100m race
• 2:45pm - 200m race
• 3:00pm - 400m race
• 3:15pm - 800m race
• 3:30pm - 1 mile race
• 3:50pm - Awards, medals & popsicles, plus sign-out

📸 Additional Information

Free Race Photos from the event will be provided to all, courtesy of one of our kids' run parents, Sergiy Matsak. A photo album link will be emailed out to registrants a week after the race. Thank you, Sergiy!
