It's winter time & it's cold, but don't hibernate! Keep moving because it's a great time to go for a run whether you join us live or run virtual!

All participants will receive their very own Chilly Willy long sleeve race shirt! Finisher Medals for all participants! Only 200 finisher medals will be ordered so sign up or add yours on early!

• Race Day Registration:
  • 5K: $40 (no shirt save $5)
  • 10K: $45 (no shirt save $5)
  • Half Marathon: $65 (no shirt save $5)
• Note: All participants registered by 12/31 are guaranteed race swag in your size. Afterwards, swag will be while supplies last.

Virtual Running - How It Works

• Participation: Can't make it out to the event site on race day? Join virtually!
• Time Submission: Submit your time by end of Race Day. Virtual packages will be shipped out on 1/17/26.
• Steps to Follow:
  • Sign up for the Chilly Willy Virtual 5K, 10K or Half.
  • Download your Custom Digital Bib.
  • Run or walk at your convenience and share your experience on social media using specified hashtags.
  • Submit your race time on RunSignUp.com.

Course & Timing

• Chip Timing: We’re chip timing the start & finish.
• Course Details:
  • 5k Course…out and back
  • 10K Course…double loop
  • Half Marathon Course…3 loops
• Water Stations: We will have water stations approximately every 1.5 miles.

Groups & Teams

Running is more fun together, even if we're far apart! Organize your very own Chilly Willy Team! Teams of 5 or more receive discounts off their registration.

• 5+: $2.50 off
• 11+: $3.75 off
• 21+: $5.00 off
• 51+: $6.25 off
• 100+: $7.50 off

Awards & Goodies

• Finisher Medals: Awesome Custom Finisher Medals included for all finishers! Only 200 finisher medals have been ordered.
• Awards Categories:
  • Top 3 Overall M/F
  • Top 3 Overall Masters M/F
  • Top 3 Overall Sr. Masters
  • Top 3 Overall Grand Masters
  • Top 3 in each of the normal 5 year age groups 10 & under through 75+
• Shirts: Great long sleeve race shirts in your size guaranteed if you register by 1/3.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

• Conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated, and violators will be asked to leave.
• Refund Policy: All registrations are final with no refunds or transfers.
• Weather: Event takes place rain or shine: extreme weather may lead to cancellation with no refunds.
• COVID-19 Policy: No COVID-19 refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise, the event will go 100% Virtual.
