Black Men Run Sacramento presents our 3rd Annual Black History Month Family 5k Run/Walk!
🎯 Our Mission
- Encouragement: The Black History Month Family 5k Walk/Run encourages healthy lifestyles within the Black community.
- Activity: Promoting physical activity like running and walking.
- Connections: Fostering connections with BIPOC organizations dedicated to improving health outcomes.
- Generational Health: This event helps create a new standard for generations to follow.

- Date: 2025-02-22
- Location: 191 Lathrop Way Suite A, Sacramento, CA
- Net Proceeds: Go to the Greater Sacramento Urban League.
- Medals: The first 100 registrants will receive a medal!
⚠️ Important Notes
- Current Registration: As of 7:30AM, February 6th, we reached 100 participants! Unfortunately, free medals are no longer available.
- Giveaways: Not to worry! There will be plenty of giveaways and raffle prizes!
- Participation: Please continue your registration and join the fun!
- Virtual Participation: If you're not in the Sacramento area or cannot attend in person, we encourage you to run/walk this event virtually.
